My name is James Ricker and I am the owner of Firewood Time.

My belief is simple....  satisfied customers become friends over time and if you aren't pleased with the service you will not want my wood either. 

Over the years this company has worked very hard to deliver quality wood, cut to the right size and on the schedule promised. Extra effort has even included working all night long to fix broken parts.  Then as soon as the part is repaired, install it and keep working to try to maintain the delivery schedule.

Anyone looking at this has an idea why a person would work all night long after putting in a full day and then work the next too.

The reason is I try very hard to keep my word.
